We process the personal data that you provide to us when using the website and/or when making an enquiry, for example. Data processing is carried out for the following purposes:
- to process your enquiry
- to execute contracts
The legal basis for data processing is:
- Contract initiation and fulfilment in accordance with Art. 6(1)b GDPR. We require your data in order to process your enquiry to your complete satisfaction.
- We also use your data for marketing and advertising purposes in accordance with Art. 6(1)f GDPR. As a prospective customer interested in our products we would like to keep you updated with targeted information about new developments and offers relating to our products.
[3.] Use and disclosure of personal data
As a user of our website and/or customer, if you have provided us with personal data, we will only use this data to respond to your enquiries, process contracts and carry out technical administration. We will only disclose or transfer your personal data to third parties if it is necessary for contract processing or billing purposes, or if you have given us your prior consent as a website user and/or customer. As a user of the website and/or customer, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time, with effect for the future. We will delete the personal data we have stored if you revoke your consent to its storage, if we no longer need it to fulfil the purpose for which it was stored or if its storage is or becomes inadmissible for other legal reasons. We will correct it immediately and notify you accordingly. If you no longer wish us to process your data, please inform us. We will delete your data immediately and notify you accordingly. However, if there are compelling legal reasons preventing deletion, we will notify you immediately.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by written notification; this will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to your withdrawal.
The data will be processed further in a manner consistent with the original processing purpose and legal basis for direct marketing purposes that do not require consent, such as addressed postal advertising, unless you object. In this case, the data will be passed on to the shipping service provider.
You have the right to object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time by sending us written notification of this fact. If you do so, your personal data will no longer be processed for direct marketing purposes.
